QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor?s Degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, law, or related fields.
-At least 10 years? experience in HR function at restaurant/hotel and at least 5 years in supervisory level.
-Characteristic & Personality : Pleasant personality, smart, lively, humble, confident, interpersonal, collaborative.
-Skills : Communication, Negotiation, presentation, selling, coordinating, problem solving skills.
-Knowledge of HR policy and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, KPIs and Thai Labor Law.
-Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and email. Knowledge and experience in using HR information systems is an advantage.
-Good English skills (speaking, reading, writing).

JOB SCOPE
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with other functions to communicate and implement human resource operation program and policy.
-Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Oversee development and monitoring of the human resources budget.
-Set annual manpower plan to meet requirement and ensure company objective.
-Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
-Conduct orientation and training programs.
-Execute and monitor the operations on HRD to meet objective and in line with budget approved.
-Coordinate with other departments in determination of new competencies needed to improve HRD program.
-Monitor and supervise administrative works on salary and benefits.
-Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
-Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
-Execute and supervise the implementation of company communication system to ensure good relation between employee and management.
-Execute company?s annual events / activities e.g. annual party, recreation program.
-Implement performance management and quality improvement capacity of the company in order to ensure that company goals are effectively and efficiently met.
-Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
-Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.
