About you:
- At least 2 years' experience in management position with responsibility for operations
- Health and fitness operations experience would also be an advantage
- Strong team management and communications skills
- Good English skills required and should have strong Thai language skills
Position: General Manager/ Operations Manager
The role:
- Manage day-today operations of 8 yoga studios, ensuring that members are provided with outstanding service & facilities during their visit
- Coach and support the operations teams to ensure they are well trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with the company-s high standards
Work as a key member of the management team, and help support sales/events
- Manage maintenance issues, inventory, cleaning.
