- Male or female, aged 30 years old and above
- Bachelor degree graduated, major in HR or Accounting is preferred
- At least 3 years experience in C&B, background in hospitality business is a plus
- Strong in English communication
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy
- Have strong managerial skill and have commitment to timeline
- Handle with day to day request about employee's welfare i.e. social security, insurance, provident fund
- Manage full scope of payroll
- Work closely with HRD to prepare data for manpower budget, salary structure, annual increment, and bonus
