Ensure efficient operations of the Reservations Department to efficiently run and supervise the Reservations Department as to achieve high occupancy and optimise room revenue. Keep updated with the best possible room rate and keep management informed about its impact on both the immediate situation and on the future. Provide all reports in a timely manner. Update statistics to properly manage room inventories. Monitor, adjust, and improve all services where possible and required.
