JOB SPECIFICATION :
-Hotel industry experience only
-Bachelor Degree in BBA, Human Resources, Law or related field.
-5-10 years in Human Resources, preferably in a -5-star hotel or resort
-Preferably in Labor Law certified program and -Safety and health for management level.
-Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand the primary language (s) used in the work place.
-Leadership skills
-Management skills
-Communication skills (written/verbal)
-Problem solving skills
-Strong training skills
-Influencing skills
-Visa & Work Permit knowledge is needed.
-Preferably in Eagle system using.

JOB SCOPE :
-Responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources Department assisting with the implementation and administration of personnel policies, practices and procedures.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment.
-Assist Department Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues including staffing levels.
-Develop and administer Hotel Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
-Assist and develop Department Heads so that they may improve their own Human Resources Management practices within their area.
-Participate in the Hotel ?Manager on Duty? program.
-Assist with the implementation and delivery of training programs in conjunction with the Training Manager.
-Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.
-Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
