Responsible for the efficiency of the Sales Department to achieve the goal. Establish sales and marketing plan and budget. Follow, review and improve the Sales Performance Standards and Policies at all times. Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads. Liaise with concerned departments to ensure that operations deliver the best quality product and service to clients. Prepare monthly sales & marketing report on a timely basis.
