? Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required

? Provide on-the-job training for staff.
? Understand the all established standards and procedures.
? Promote the daily special or any special promotional items.
? Manage the average check and control expenses.
? Ensure the POS System is running smoothly.
? Prepare Food&Beverage Monthly Report for assigned outlet.
? Directly responsible for the whole lounge area including meeting room.
? Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
? To be responsible for the monthly outlet Profit&Loss Statement and prepared a monthly P&L critique.
? To develop and execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet and support to the outlet yearly promotion plan.
