1. At least Bachelor Degree in any field (master degree is preferred)
2. At least 5 years as hotel manager or 7 year experience in director of operation, executive assistant manager
3. Experience with budgets, capital expenditures and forecasting
4. Strong skill in driving for results
5. Excellent English Communication Skill
6. Excellent in people management and development

Basic Functions
1. Manage hotel to be profitable, reputable, and successful according to the vision, mission, and direction of the company?s stakeholders.
2. Establish and continuous improvement of community relations
3. Continuous improvement of the company?s standard

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Establish the company?s standard operational procedure, policies, and procedure according to company?s vision, mission, and direction
2. Establish positioning of the company and set up every system and process to support the company?s direction
3. Hire and manage key executives and managers to be competent in develop their people to operate the company according to the agreed expectation and plans
4. Continue to develop key executives and managers to be able to continue improving working process
5. Represent the operational team to meet with the company?s owners and shareholders periodically to report the performance of finance, operation, people, customers, and market
6. Assist the owners and shareholder to expand the businesses to ensure that the company?s growth is in accordance with the movement of the market?s condition and environment.
7. Be responsive operator in taking care of environment and community relations.
8. Leads in brainstorming and motivate key executives in key decision making process
9. Be competent and dedicated role model to all staffs
10. Create brand awareness
11. Complete and achieve all audits and relevant awards this will ensure that the core competencies of the company are achieved.
12. Work with management team to create and implement the business plan addressing customers, profits, associates and market (includes management of all financials, SOS (Staff Opinion Survey), GSS (Guest Satisfaction Survey) Brand Standard,
13. Interact with department managers and associates, clients/guests, vendors, community services, owners, Regional and Corporate staff
14. Work closely with Director of Sales, Revenue Management and other related revenue generated department to generate a continuous high yield according to the budget and commitment
15. Work closely with Director of Engineer for all preventive maintenance and renovation or other projects to be within budget and timeframe
16. Work closely with Director of Human Resources to ensure all staffs are trained and developed according to the company?s policy and individual development plan.
17. Work collaboratively with other business units and hotels to leverage resources and assets.
18. Perform other duties as assigned by Group CEO or VP Board Director

People Development
1. Analyze the result of performance appraisal and ensure that all direct reports are developed accordingly
2. Ensure training needs analysis is done, implemented, and revised according to the circumstances and progress of people development
3. Ensure updating of training and development resources in order to support all department development plan effectively
4. Ensure that all staffs attend and progress in their SLC (Self Learning Center-English and other Skills)

Community Relations
1. Build and improve relationship with community officers such as Labor District, Police, Environmental bodies and educational institutes
2. Participate in relevant organizations, associations, and clubs responding to the company?s benefits
3. Participate in community activities according to the annual plan and budget
