Job Descriptions
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Service Agent, Business Center Agent and Front Office Supervisor. Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments in the absence of the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. Make certain that Guest Service Agent, Business Center Agent and Front Office Supervisor meet hotel and brand standards for maximum guest satisfaction.
