4) Reference check
5) Employment contract arrangement
6) Conclude new staff to Payroll
7) Introduced new staff by department tour
8) Update man power in & out
9) Updated par staff and make sure actual head count is alignment with approved part staff for all departments.
10) Weekly update on recruitment progress
