? Ensure personally the direct contact with the guest at Concierge Desk. Assistant Chief Concierge will maintain at all times a professional & friendly manner to communicate with the guests.
? Consider with interest each guest comment/request and will try to reach successfully their expectations. Ensure that all recommendations given are in line with the standards established.
? Make the relevant bookings and ensure that follow ups are done.
? Limousine Coordination: Assistant Chief Concierge is the first coordinator of the guest pre-arrival, he coordinates with the drivers regarding the status of the expected arrivals.
? Ensure that the drivers are well groomed at any time during their shift, and perform their job as required.
? Ensure all guests are welcomed warmly upon arrival (Car door opening, hotel door opening, Luggage taken immediately & guiding the guest through the required direction).
? Ensure all newspapers are delivered on time.
? Privacy: Assistant Chief Concierge will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available. He/she will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.
