? Polishing
? Vacuuming
? Scrubbing
? Mopping
? Shampooing
? Dusting
Completes Room/Public Area work assignment sheet.
Knows how to operate/use available Housekeeping machinery?s and chemicals according to established standards.
Follows all procedures for Lost and Found.
Is familiar with and adhere to all housekeeping procedures for the issuing and return of floor masters.
Handovers all unfinished work to the following shift.

Know and strictly follow established procedures for the cleaning and set-up of guest rooms.
Sets up the work trolley according to standards.
Carries out the following procedures according to established standards:
DND (Do Not Disturb)/Double Lock
? Baby Sitting
? Loan Item Loss & Breakage
? Guest laundry pick up
