? At least 1 year experience in the field or hospitality business
? Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality
? Excellent command in spoken and written English
? Computer skills (Opera, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Presentation)
? Service-minded, communication skills
? Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel Management or related fields.
? Thai nationality.
o Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel?s general guidelines for service recovery.
o Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
o Conducts daily shift briefings.
o Follows up on work and maintains logbook.
o Knows and strictly follows all established cleaning procedures.
o Prepares Room/Public Area crew work assignment sheet.
o Reports Monthly Chemical consumption, Monthly Guest Supplies and Amenities usage.
o Knows how to operate/use available Housekeeping machinery?s and chemicals according to established standards.
o Conducts Quality Room/Public Areas Inspections.
o Maintains proper par stock of inventory items.
o Reports all maintenance deficiencies immediately.
