? Soaks/scrapes all cutlery/china prior to machine cleaning.
? Ensures all operating equipment is stored/stacked correctly to avoid damage and breakage.
? Strictly follows all health & safety guidelines.
? Maintains a clean and tidy pot/dishwashing area.
? Supplies the operation with a consistent supply of clean operating equipment during service.
? Checks all cleaned equipment, separates damages items and reports to direct supervisor.
? Prepares all machinery for service in accordance with set guidelines.
