- 2+ years experience with relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all high level of service standards are maintained and provided.
- Handle all interactions with the guest in a hospitable and professional manner.
- Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for guests that contact during the night time with questions and for help.
- Thorough knowledge of hotel products, facilities, services and other near-by attractions.
- Warm & friendly guest interaction with cordial correspondence.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff
- Social Security
- 2 Duty Meals / Day
- Uniform with Laundry Provided
