- 5+ years experience with relevant experience in hotel industry.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Create a fun, friendly culture and a high service standard
- Build an energized, well trained, technique driven team.
- Train and supervise all food preparation and utility staff in the performance of their duties.
- Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation.
- Warm & friendly guest interaction including table visits, special events appearances, cordial correspondence
- Defining, costing and pricing all restaurant / room service menus.
- Manage department profitability
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Monthly Service Charge with Minimum Guarantee of THB 4,000
