1. Detail knowledge in operating all equipments in kitchen area.
2. Display an enthusiastic to work.

1. To clean the kitchens, heavy equipments, operating equipments and back of house areas.
2. To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
3. To be always cleaned and properly dressed while on duty.
4. Take care kitchen area and dish washing machine.
5. Clean all operating equipment that has used inside the kitchen.
6. Ensure the operating equipments are kept tidy.
7. Prepare the operating equipment to every outlet.
8. Prepare operating equipments for kitchen using.
9. Regularly check condition of operating equipments and machines.
10. Place non slippery mat in front of the dish washing machine.
11. Clean and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen including operating equipment and utensils.
12. Separate and soak the operating equipment.
13. Clean up sink and drain frequently.
14. Clean and clear the rubbish bin every day.
15. Set up buffet station at Restaurant and BQ function.
16. Daily document for breakage and loss.
17. Ensure the safety standard in the work place and knowledge of first aid is required.
