1. Vocational or Technical certificate or diploma in related field
2. Minimum 1 ? 3years in similar position in international hotels
3. Able to handle demanding workload
1. Supervises sub-ordinates at work and performs duties smoothly at work.
2. Maintains and operates the boiler, water system and all equipment in the plant room.
3. Controls all the electric and air-conditioning in accordance with the schedule.
4. Supervises the sub-ordinates to report the utility consumption.
5. Tests the water in boiler and the chiller and reports to the Supervisor.
6. Always keeps the plant room clean and neat.
7. Keeps / maintains in / out of tools and equipment and maintains in good working condition.
8. Performs duties common to all supervisors or any other duties as may be assigned.
9. Co-ordinates with all the colleagues in the same and other departments.
