-Experienced 5-10 Years in HR Management.
-Good Attitude and able to work Pre-Opening Hospitality.
-Can start work immediately.
-Manage and leads the recruitment process and the overall utilisation of Manpower requirement for Hospitality
- Manpower Planning in line with approved manning guild and budget
- Execution overall HR modules in the Hospitality business unit.
- Work Closely with Team leader to continuously working improve upon current recruiting practices, ensuring the operation is working as efficiently and smoothly.
