The Director of Sales mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotel belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales in the best possible conditions for the company.
The Director of Sales performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales & Marketing for all sales personnel within designated zone.
The Director of Sales is familiar with the operations and applications of the hotel?s computer and data processing systems.
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan by gathering market intelligence annually.
Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
