- Be responsible for preparing food items in any section of the kitchen according to our standard recipes or as per instructions.
- Monitors related equipment, reporting any problems or inconsistencies to the Sous Chef.
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
