Waiter/Waitress

Requirements:
1. 0 - 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
2. Communication skills in English and Thai.
3. Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
7. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
3. Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals.
4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
5. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredient information to answer guest inquiries.
6. Upsell additional menu items, beverages, and specials when appropriate.
7. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
8. Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
9. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations.
10. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and deliver excellent service.
