The successful candidate has:
? At least Bachelor Degree in any field
? At least 3 year experience in operation of housekeeping
? Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
? Proficiency in English and computer literate
? Strong in driving results and people management and development
? Management experience in Housekeeping. Laundry, Floral departments
? Experience with budgets, P&L statements, basic computer, hotel Property Management System, inventory control and purchasing
To establish a high degree of services and efficiency throughout the Housekeeping, Florist and Laundry department by managing areas of responsibility. This position will also be required to monitor, control and manager all expenses, variances will be reported monthly at critique meeting.
