Reservation Manager

Holds an undergraduate degree from a recognisable university.
Fluent in both Thai and English.
Can write both Thai and English effectively.
Have at least three years direct experience in hotel reservations department.
Can use Property Management System (PMS) effectively.
Have a pleasant working and team player attitude.

In charge of Reservation Department.

Manage reservation intakes.

Ensure accuracy in room reservation inputs and outputs.

Control allotment with online and offline travel agents.

Control reservation levels at each price level ensuring that room revenue target are met.

Provide coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Working alongside Director of Revenue and Group General Manager.

Negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
