? Previous working experience from 5-Star Hotels in the similar or the same role.
? Fluent command of English is preferred.
? Strong proactive sale skills

Job Descriptions
*Exceeding personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance
* Scheduling effective sales calls and appointments within assigned markets and achievement of assigned numbers of sales calls a week
* Participate in prescribed training and special projects, assisting in the development and training of sales coordinator, collecting market and competitive intelligence and be prepared to contribute to tactics and strategies discussion
* Responsibilities include quoting rates and negotiate group rooms contracts within established parameters, keeping accurate records of potential customers and following through on all potential business
* Utilizing Opera Sales and Catering System - ISAC to track, solicit, book and follow-up accounts and preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
* Develop lead sources and rapport with key personnel at Convention and Visitors Bureau, Industry Partners and Global Sales Offices. Maintain active membership in industry related organizations and associations pertaining to the specific market.
