The Assistant Venue Manager will be responsible for daily operations and will assist the Venue Manager in controlling and developing staff. Ensure standards are achieved and procedures maintained. Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.
The Assistant Venue Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel?s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Assume full responsibility for the outlet in the absence of the Venue Manager.
