? Previous working experience from 5-Star Hotels in the similar or the same role.
? Fluent command of English is preferred.
? Knowledge of all hotel operations
? Knowledge of Hotel Operation System (OPERA)
? Basic knowledge of StarGuest/Star link
? Basic knowledge of hotel surrounding areas and city
? Positive personality and attitude.
? Leadership and management skills
? Hard worker and good team player.
? Dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professional.
? Service-oriented with good attention to details.
? Good computer knowledge.
Provide support to the Guest Service Agent and Guest Relation Officer and provide training when needed.
