? At least 5 - 10 year experience in 5-Star Hotel operations.
? Good command in English is preferred.

? Good computer knowledge.
Operations Manager will be required to drive Operation team as outline standards of department manuals and must become familiar with all service systems and be control the safety and operate system to be 100% condition at all times. This includes the following systems:

? Electrical distribution
? Lighting
? Laundry and Kitchen
? Hot and cold water & Pumping
? LPG Gas System
? Emergency power System
? Fire Life and safety& Fire Alarm
? Storm water pumping
? Grease trapping & removing
? Irrigation
? Swimming pools & ponds
? All Elevator
? Emergency Generator
? Air conditioning
? All Fire Pump and Sprinkle
? MATV, Telephone & AV
? Starwood Standard FPPM program 100%
? WWTP operation
? Budgeting & Capex
? Energy Saving & Sustainability Tracking + EIA
? Data collection and analyze
? Building Automatic System
? CCTV & Access control
? Billing
? Energy Monthly report and Analyze
