1. At least Bachelor degree graduate in any relevant discipline.
2. Minimum of 1 year working experience in reception, Call Center or Customer Service.
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken.
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be responsible for receiving and answering telephone calls as well as transferring the calls. Welcoming guests and coordinating with staff on guests? visit. Receiving incoming mails and parcels as well as distributing to addressee. Monitoring meeting room reservation on the 3rd and 5th floor.
