- Male or female, age 25-30 years
- Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel management or any related field
- At least 3-5 years Guest Service or Front Office experience in Hotel business.
- Have good English communication skill and other Language will be advantage
- Have ability to work under pressure and commitment to success
- Have service mind, problem solving skill and inter-personal skill
- Have Computer literacy
- Able to work on shift.
- Checks arrivals and familiarizes with the room allocations and checks guest history for arrival guests in order to be familiar with them.
- Greets and registers with courtesy and politeness. Checks care for completeness and legibility and prepare apartment assignment.
- Makes up guests folio from registration card and correspondence and updates history of all arrivals and departures.
- Handles guest enquiry and response to their requests in accordance to the standard operating procedures for Guest Services Department.
- Ensures that the operations is smooth and efficient at all time.
- Ensures that all cashiering reports are complete and precise before submission to Finance Department.
