- Male or female, preferable age at 30 and above
- High Vocational in Engineering (Electric Power)
- At least 3-5 years? experience in Engineering Department (Hotel industry)
- Have good Technical skill
- Have Service Oriented and able to work under pressure
- Attend to minor repair and maintenance of Mechanical, Air-conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Fire Protection and other minor building works such as Carpentry, Painting, Vanishing, Tiling, Carpeting and Ironmonger.
- To carry out preventive maintenance programs as per schedule to upkeep the building, the M & E systems, the apartments? furnishings, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
- To check and carry out the necessary repair and maintenance works to the apartment after guest check out.
- Attend immediately to emergency breakdowns such as air conditioning unit failure, electrical supply failure, sanitary system choked, no water supply and elevator malfunction. Take the necessary action to resume the service as soon as possible.
- Provide lightings, audio & video equipment and other related equipment & fixtures for special functions or promotions.
- Compliances to the Company?s Engineering Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- To attend training courses required by the management.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
