รายละเอียดงาน

Basic Function:

The Greeter will greet the guest with Wai and escort the guest from door to Front Desk or to the Exec level
counter. This is part of the JW Brand Standard service procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General
? To arrive to work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the associate handbook.

? To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with other departments.

? To attend training sessions and meetings as required.

? To be knowledgeable on all facts of the hotel product, including room types, room rates, relative features and total hotel facilities - food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.

? To have a complete knowledge of Marriott Hotel Policy and Procedures.

? Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure all reservations are honored.

? Complete all shift duties as outlined on shift check list prior to the end of shift.

At Lobby

? To greet and acknowledge all guests in the lobby area.

? To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.

? To welcome and escort guests to the front desk or to the executive level counter (16th floor).

? To ensure guests are directed to the respective check in area by thoroughly understanding the daily arrival list. 2 stop check ins are not permitted.

? To suggest alternatives to meet customer needs and expectations.

? To thank customers and invite our guests to return.

? To carry out other duties as directed by the Reporting line Managers.

? To ensure one stop shopping for all guests, DO NOT redirect a guest to another area, and find information required and advise guest accordingly.
