Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
? Follows Holiday Inn Express behaviors when working with internal and external customers
? Services existing business through management of account base
? Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action to resolve their issues / concerns
? Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
? Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners,
visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts,
? Government Departments and other producers closely aligned to hotel business
? Builds profile within local market place through attendance at appropriate events
? Entertain clients with a view to maximizing business opportunities
? Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections
? Assists with the preparation of new products and services
? Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
? Analyses sales mix and likely impact on hotel goals
? Implement direction from Shared Services sales team
? Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic) and management of data base
? Prepare all administration documents required by Senior Sales Manager
