- Good command of English language
- Good computer skills, knowledge of opera or oasis system will be advantage.

The Guest Relations Executive will be required to spend the time in 3 different areas (Lobby, Executive Floor and Business Centre) and to provide a warm and friendly welcome for all our guests. The GRO will also be an information giver, diplomat, salesperson, hotel representative and public relations agent with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness and will establish a high degree of excellence in the Business Center to both internal and external customers. Most of all aiming to continually exceed our customer expectation.
