- Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5 years as Assistant Chief Engineer in a hotel or similar property
- Good command of both spoken & written English and computer literate.
- Good interpersonal. Self-motivated with strong planing and organizing skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all hotel engineering activities ensuring that all equipment is installed, repaired and maintained and all building additions and renovations are completed according to legal standard
