- Perform according to set standards in his respective section to project an image of quality product.
- Helps the Sous Chef in all aspects of food production in his specific section, therefore takes care together with the Sous Chef in cost and portion control.
- He trains, controls food preparation personnel in his section.
- Controls sanitation and hygiene in his section.
- Working 5 Days/Week
