? Experience in pre-opening Hotel/Apartment will be advantage

? High responsibility, alert and agile, good interpersonal skill
? Strong ability to solve problems ? good decision making
? Knowledge of Hotel engineer system and maintenance work.
? Good Leader ship skill and motivate staff
? Good computer skills and communication
