? Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant area (order and maintain supplies, review set-up and food and beverage preparation and service) to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and procedures and to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality.
? Supervise and direct the restaurant associates including supervisors, captains, waiter/ress.
? Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the restaurant areas and equipment to protect the assets and ensure quality service.
? Meet with the customers to ensure the quality/service of the food and to review any changes, issues and/or problems to ensure delivery of a quality product.
? Interview recommend hiring, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend and conduct performance and salary reviews, recommend discipline and termination, as appropriate.
? Manage the outlet and guarantee smooth operations
? Achieve revenue and medallia targets
? Develop and train ambassadors
? Be a role model
? Ensures 100% guest satisfaction by providing cousu main service to the guest
? React on guest complaints
? Ensure a minimum of breakage and spoilage by train the staff accordingly
