รายละเอียดงาน

To ensure all information is correct and distribute to all concerns within the time.
? Able to answers the guest questions and understands English.
? To know how to use the computer and computer systems
? Good relations with other.
? To ensure that standards are in accordance with the operations manual.
? To read the communication book on daily events of all sections in housekeeping i.e. Public area, guest floor, florist, uniform, mini bar and laundry.
? To check daily roster and ambassadors sign in- out, check ambassador leave?s record and submit to HR on the time.
? To check borrow item report lost and fond report, key and mobile phone issue report by daily.

? Reviews / remembers all phone extension or office and answer all calls within 2 rings.
? Answer telephone according to Hotel standard telephone courtesy procures.
? Take orders and Follow up requests
? Records message into the logbook immediately when calls are receives.
? Forward all information to all concerns.
? Sends/follow up the written notices of Executive Housekeeper to all concerned and other Departments.
? Take message and follow up for any maintenance, repair and send order to engineering by phone and record document sign by engineering secretary.
? Operates/handles room status (Check-out list) into computer.
? Making daily reports from all floor Supervisors and sends to the Executive Housekeeper for approval.
? Before duty ends, records all Follow-up matters into the Housekeeping Logbook for next shift to process.
? Key in daily Staffing report and guest amenities consumption in to computer.
? Making monthly inventory report.
? Ensure a ?five minutes? service follow up procedure implemented.
? Sees that employee complaints and needs are passed to Exec. Housekeeper.
? Have a good Relationship with all colleagues.
? Understand, supportive, encouraging and helpful to all.
? To ensure Housekeeping store is tidy and orderly.
? To support the Resort projects on Cost Saving.
? To ensure cost of cleaning supplies and amenities are under forecast.
? To maintain the hotel rule and regulation.
? To ensure working area is clean and tidy.
? Good relations with the team and other department.
? To ensure all information send to all concerns correctly and within the time.
