KEYS RESPONSIBITIES
1. To respond to any changes in the Food & Beverage Department function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
2. To report for duty punctually wearing smart attire according to hotel?s dress codes and name badge at all times.
3. To proved a courteous and professional service at all times.
4. To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.
5. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel?s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
6. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
7. To have a complete understanding of the hotel?s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
POSITION OVERVIEW
1. To assist in ensuring that each food and beverage outlets and banquet is managed successfully as independent profit centers.
2. To assist in coordinating the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
3. To assist in ensuring that all Outlet Management Teams and Catering Department are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.
4. Co-ordinate with other manages for all activities of the hotel.
5. To assist in ensuring that the minimum operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations manual.
