Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
Minimum 3-5 years in managerial position preferably in hotel or real estate industry. Candidate from other industry is also considered.
Very good English & Thai language communication skill
Good personality, active, enthusiastic, highly motivated and positive attitude

Management & Administration Budget Skill,
Flexibility : Be able to work under pressure and long hour.
Introduce and implement Human Resources policy and procedures.
Ensure cost effective recruitment through the use of the appropriate source and ensure that the recruitment and selection of people is done objectively and based on Job Descriptions and Specifications.
Ensure that employee personnel record are well maintained and can be accessed by authorized person only.
Manage staff payroll, compensation, welfare and benefit.
Keeping abreast of the latest changes, amendment and new laws in Thai Labor Laws of Thailand, in order to advise and recommend to Management.
Maintain various contacts with local Human Resources organizations and Labor Department.
Ensure that the company's grievance and disciplinary procedures are observed and that all relevant documentation is completed.
Co-ordinate with Law Firm to assist processing of Visa and Work Permits for FSEs.
Work closely with Director of Human Resources on Compensation and Benefit structure of the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
