JOB PURPOSE:
Assists Outlet Manager in every aspects of manning and organization of the outlet to the standards established by the hotel. Ensures the promptly and efficiently for one part or the whole restaurant.
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Responsible for outlet supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving foods and beverages in the outlets.
2. Briefs personnel on preparations, services and contents of menu items. Coordinates with Kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
