1. Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related fields
2. Minimum 2?4 years of experience in restaurant operations, with supervisory experience preferred
3. Strong leadership and service mindset
4. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
5. Good communication skills in Thai and basic English
6. Experience working in airport, QSR, or high-volume restaurants is an advantage
1. Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service in a high-traffic airport environment
2. Lead, schedule, and support restaurant staff to maintain service standards and productivity
3. Ensure compliance with AOT regulations, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards
4. Monitor customer service quality and handle guest complaints professionally
5. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth operations
6. Control inventory, cash handling, and basic cost control
7. Prepare daily operational reports and documentation as required by AOT and management
8. Support training and onboarding of new staff
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
