1. Thai citizen with knowledge of institutional Housekeeping processes and practices.
2. Vocational Diploma or equivalent education is required.
3. Three months of internship experience in the Luxury hotel or at least one year of Housekeeping Coordinator/Clerk experience in the Business hotel.
4. Ability to rotate shifts and works 6 days a week.
A Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping unit to insure that the Housekeeping unit operates efficiently, meets performance goals, timelines and standards, and stays within defined budgetary parameters for equipment, supply and personnel expenses.

Manage the Housekeeping office.
Receive all incoming calls and respond accordingly.
Allocate room and task lists to team members.
Ensure keys are issued in line with security procedures.
Control guests' Lost & Found.
Carry out administrative duties.
Liaise with Reception and Guest Relations to ensure all information is communicated efficiently and promptly.
Perform custodial duty in the absence of crew members or as otherwise needed.
