- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
- Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology
- Manage online marketing plans and strategies: drive online revenue and increase usage
- Manage social media marketing strategies, developing brand awareness and building online communities to improve customer loyalty and retention
- Manage e-mail marketing to promote customer loyalty and to generate incremental revenue
- Improve the design, usability and content of the brand websites for the promotion and growth of the business
- Develop a strategic plan of digital projects, campaigns and activities that enhance the customer experience when interacting with the brand
- Provide guidance and marketing communications for online promotion and advertising
- Monitor competitors' performance including pricing strategies and product improvement
