?Minimum 8-10 years experience in food & beverage business preferably in the kitchen
?Male or Female, Age not over 50 year olds / Thai Nationality
?Strong experience in Western and Thai Cuisine
?Good knowledge in GMP, HACCP and food safety
?Good English speaking and writing
?Good computer skill, Microsoft word, Excel, Power point and etc.
?Good hygiene habit
?Good personality, human relationship and service minded
?Good team player and leadership characteristics
ฑesponsible to ensure that all products produces by GHCC-Kitchen are in proper Nutrition, HACCP, food safety and JCI standard. Manage and organize Kitchen team on every shift you are assigned as per working roster, comply with the company strategy, plans and goals, manage the overall production process and dish up control. This includes food presentations and processes, from menu design to acquisition of customers, in cooperation with other Internal Customers of GHCC
