- Male/Female Thai nationality
- Diploma in hospitality or related filed
- Pleasant and Cheerful Personality
- Good in English Communication skills
- Customer focused with a service mind
- To perform all opening and closing duties.
- To greet guests at the door immediately and cordially, seat them comfortably and bid them welcome and an enjoyable meal.
- To answer the telephones according to The Racha Resort standards and have a full understanding of the hotel operations.
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment.
- Work in All Day Dining Restaurant, selling a la carte and international buffet.
- Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives.
- A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
