คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 5-6 years experience in F&B field in hotel industry, with at least 2 years in supervisor or higher level.
- Male or Female, age 28-35 years old.
- Thai nationality only.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Strong leadership & Good team player
- Fast learning & Hard working
- Strong people management skill
- Over knowledge in overall of F&B Management and Service
- Experience in department training.

รายละเอียดงาน

? Responsible for coordinating the work of the B&F service team in an efficient manner, whilst maintaining quality and standards.

? Have a full knowledge of the venue operations and roles therein, with the ability to fulfill any role when required

? Ensure all food and beverage items served to guests are of the highest standard and presentation.

? Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale System.

? Supervise compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related ?Brand? and Starwood Policies.
? Assign staff to their stations and inform of any special request such as VIP guest or returning guests.

? Be attentive in checking quality of food and beverage service.

? Ensure linen exchange procedure is followed and all care is taken with linen.

? Ensure all back of house areas are cleaned and equipment stocked

? Handle customer concerns and complaints with concern and understanding according to Hotel standard.

? Actively solicit guest feedback in order to seek continual improvement in service and to ensure guest satisfaction.

? Conduct pre-service briefings with staff, including:
? VIPs in House
? Group meeting & Event
? Daily job assignment
? Promotional activity
? Guest feedback and comments
? Product knowledge & today special

? Ensure all furniture and fixtures, operating equipment and outlet d?cor are maintained and clean at all times.

? Communicate all comments and feedback from guests and staff to the B&F Manager.

? Ensure sales are maximized through suggestive up selling.

? Assist with development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.

? Assist the B&F Manager with the initial and ongoing on the Job Training to ensure that associates have the necessary skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

? Attend meetings as required.

? Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.

? Assist supervisors with the preparation of work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.

? Assist in the selection and appointment of new associates within the department.

? Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.

? Ensure all associate are well aware of updated Aloft Brand Standards

? Implement and maintain Starwood Cares program and ensure all associate are achieved and make it habit by promote example in daily basis

? Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.

? Promote by example the principles of ?The Power of Service?.

? Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.

? Ensure correct liquor licensing laws are abided by, paying particular attention to intoxicated guests and underage guests

? Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates. We NEVER say ?No? to any guest without providing an appropriate alternative at all
times!

? To take personal responsibility for the hotel assets and costs, understanding that all items have a value

? To promote the hotels? loyalty programs

? To drive and achieve business goals set for the department and take personal responsibility
