- Responsible for the hotels overall activities of Food and Beverage department, F&B Marketing plan, managing budget, creating innovative trends in products and control expenses for maximize departmental profits.
- Responsible to achieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
- Responsible to provide customer focused, cost effective F&B service.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the Food & Beverage Department.
- Develop the standard of service, hygiene management, food quality and presentation through enforcing systems, methods courtesy and constantly training the F&B team for a better efficiency.
