1. Working Experience in Management position at least 5 years and a successful track record as Senior or Head of Sales in a leading hotel or club.
2. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
3. Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative
6. Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.
7. Thai national
1. Provides professional and courteous customer service at all times.
2. Targeting new business opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
4. Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
5. Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts and etc.
6. Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
7. Work to achieve goals and objectives.
8. Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
9. Interact everyday with Sales team for sales information required for professional execution of all commitments.
10. Develop and manage sales budget.
11. Participate actively in all weekly sales & marketing meetings.
12. Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by General Manager / Chief Executive.
13. Inform General Manager / Chief Executive of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
14. Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
15. Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
